  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

  • Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days (depending on your location).

  • For remote areas, delivery may take a little longer.

Shipping Charges

  • A flat shipping fee applies on orders below the free shipping limit.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to keep track of your package.

Delays

  • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can happen due to courier issues, weather, or unforeseen events. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing the order. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
